Chimei Innolux (CMI) is likely to reshuffle its management, as the company reportedly will transfer its LCD monitor business to Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry), which has set up a production base in Chongqing, China to process orders from Hewlett Packard (HP), according to market sources.

Foxconn, the parent company of CMI, has declined to comment.

The sources said that the Chongqing plant started producing HP notebooks earlier this year. It will also make networking equipment and LCD monitors, the sources noted.
